My daughter was participating at a horse show in Decatur. Due to flooding, we had to find a hotel room to at the last minute. The staff was very welcoming and gracious. Upon hearing our dilemma, the staff provided us with essential toiletries during our late night check-in. The room was very clean & quiet. We highly recommend this hotel & will certainly stay again. The young lady and young man working the front desk the evening we checked in were very friendly & welcoming. Hope the management knows & appreciates the value of these individuals. They set the tone for a person’s stay!

The price on my Receive and bake statement doesn't match you charge me more on my bank statement then we're just supposed to be charging that's on my receipt So I need some understanding on this I call the hotel I was stated one thing and it's still no situation change That's my problem no communicatso why am I being charged higher price for something that shouldn't be done So I'm kinda upset

Great location. Everything we needed was at the hotel. Loved the idea of an indoor pool this time of year. There was a Logan's restaurant in walking distance from the hotel and a few stores. The staff was awesome and our room had a balcony. It was very quiet and clean, comfy beds, inviting lobby, hot hot shower and plenty of towels! Definitely A WIN!

The entire staff treated me with such kindness. Katiann, Mary Beth, Jarod, and Courtland exceeded my expectations. I even had a great experience with the ladies that waited on me for breakfast. I was so pleased that I became a member of the Bonvoy group. Going forward, I intend to use the Marriott hotels for all my stays.

The beds were comfortable, our room was nice and clean, and the staff was great! We will be traveling a lot for travel ball this year in this location and will definitely stay here again!
